The Virginia BBQ Co. may have been established in 2024, but its roots reach back much further.  Mike Kopeny has been serving the community his delicious spin on southern cuisine for over two decades.,  After cooking and creating in in multiple kitchens in the area, his dream was finally realized when he purchased Martins Grill in 2016.  Shortly after that, he added a small smoker out front and never looked back.   His smoked pork and brisket became so popular, they opened up a second store front and that’s how the Filling Station was born.  The food there was consistently ranked as the best BBQ in central VA, and the demand for him to cater events hit an all time high, so he started The Virginia BBQ Co. to accommodate.   The VA BBQ Co. is the areas premier catering company and makes ordering a breeze.  Thank you for choosing the VA BBQ Co.
